O-365 Migration
Office 365 Migration

Has your email slipped from a hi-tech to a low-tech communications solution?

  • Can you receive your emails on a number of devices?
  • Is your workforce as productive as it could be?
  • Can you easily access your email from a reliable weblink?
  • Can everyone in your office see and update calendars on the move?

Whereas email was once the tool that enabled businesses to thrive in the modern marketplace, many commonly-used solutions are now obsolete. If your email system will not let your staff work remotely, or access their email on the way to and from meetings, you're losing strategic ground in an increasingly mobile business world.

Migrating your email solution to Office 365 will ensure that your staff spend as much of the working day as possible on value-adding tasks, and that your business productivity will match - if not outstrip, the competition.

Our cost-effective Office 365 Migration service allows you to consolidate your data in an accessible, secure virtual format.

N-Tire Systems™ draws on over 30 years' specialist experience in the IT industry to provide flexible, secure solutions for small to medium enterprises.

We can help you migrate your email to Office 365

When it first became mainstream, email was a miraculous development for business. No longer did they have to wait for letters, rely on the telephone or take lengthy notes in order to have a record of who had said they would do what.

Several email solutions are now prevalent, and many businesses have been with the same email solution since the beginning - often the first one that they came across when they decided to search. For most organisations, this means that their email solution is now inadequate for the modern business world.

Office 365 is a hosted, business-focused solution that will revolutionise how you interact with email, and make your business much more productive. With enhanced data protection, it offers your employees the flexibility of having Office on five of their devices, allowing them to work on projects wherever they are. Files are updated in real time, avoiding document clash and promoting collaborative working. Teams can even use HD videoconferencing, or IM features, to stay in touch on the go.

N-Tire Systems will not only take care of your migration for you, but we'll give you a full IT and business needs consultation first - ensuring that you choose the right mix of Office 365 services for your company's future success.

After this we'll ensure that your IT infrastructure is ready for the migration, compile a strategic migration plan and then build a testing environment so we can fine tune it together before it's made live. All the services you need will be configured to your exact specifications, and we'll be on hand throughout the entire process to ensure the process is painless and smooth.

After the migration, we will provide training to your staff so that they can get the most from your new email solution straight away. We also provide support and remote assistance so you know that, if there is a problem, we'll put your business back on track straight away.
